Indonesia, Kuta Beach in Bali After 30 Years—Still Urban, Spot for Eating with a View of the Waves!

I moved from Candidasa to a hotel in Kuta and spent two super chill days there, which I’ve put together in a video. The people I met at “Kuta Puri Bungalows Resort & Spa” said they keep coming back to this hotel. Even though it’s right in the heart of Kuta, it’s set back just enough to keep the rooms quiet and the pool area nice and relaxing. The prices seemed pretty reasonable too.

I also met a couple from Okinawa at the hotel’s pool who are big Bali repeaters. They shared some great stories and also pointed me to some affordable and reliable spots. Thanks for that!
