Have never been to Machida, but it looks very pleasant. Local areas are more interesting to see everyday life in Tokyo. No large crowds to overwhelm your senses. Enjoyed thank you.
When you look at Machida, you can see how vast Tokyo is. Machida is not a central area of Tokyo, but a suburb. It's on the edge, and it's a unique town that feels like a blend of Tokyo and Kanagawa. Even for city dwellers, the majority of people don't know much about Machida lol
