皆様、ご機嫌よう。
今回のアマンダひとり旅は、京都グルメ、すし岩ランチ編第四弾です。

第一弾は秋、第二弾は冬、そして、今回第三弾は夏です。すし岩様では、季節ごとにお料理が変わるとお聞きして、お邪魔しました。今回の第四弾も夏ですが、何と、あれから一年…（遠い目）また、違った夏バージョンをお楽しみください。

すし岩様は、国内はもとより、海外からのお客様も多く、セレブの方々もいらっしゃる名店でいらっしゃいます。サインは、アップル創業者のスティーブ・ジョブズ様とSalesforce創業者のマーク•ベニオフ様、少しはあやかりたいなー

ちょっとここで言っちゃいますけど、今までお伺いしてから、アマンダ、良いことが結構続いてます☺️ 今回も訪問後に嬉しい事が有りましたよ‼️

そんな訳で、他の日は🍙一個でも良いから笑、一度はすし岩様のランチを食べようと、頑張りました‼️😭　いただいたのは、お任せの10,000円コース＋カマトロ握りと信州ぶどうジュースです❣️ カマトロは一貫3,500円、ブラッドオレンジジュースは800円…だったかな⁉️忘れちゃったー

お寿司と聞けば、東京の江戸前寿司を思い浮かべるかも知れませんが、京都でいただくお寿司も格別ですよ❣️ すし岩様は、お寿司だけでなく、他のお料理もコース料理の様に頂けるので、様々なお味を楽しめます。

すし岩様の御主人は、二代目でいらっしゃるそうで、お父様がお店を始めたそうです。御家族も皆様お店で働いていらっしゃり、職人さん達も皆様、Hospitalityにあふれる方々でした。高級なお店でどうしよう。。なビク付いてた笑、小心者アマンダもホッとする素敵なお店です。

アマンダは、お魚の種類はよく分からないので、今回、メモして名前入れてみましたが、今回もやらかしてる事ありで。編集時に気づきました😅

尚、すし岩様のスタッフの皆様、英語が堪能でいらっしゃるので、海外のお客様をお連れしても安心ですよ❣️

These are one of popular ones in this channel! Yes, everyone loves delicious food ❣️❣️❣️

She heard many celebrities including Hollywood stars, Business Tycoons, and etc. visited and enjoyed their cuisine very much. You’ll see signatures of Steve Jobs of Apple and Marc Benioff of salesforce, and Disney animator, Mr. George Scribner.

She believed , ” Hmmm, I might receive some luck, if I have lunch there？”
In fact, after She got a seat where Mr. Steve Jobs sat and had lunch, she had some lucks, although she couldn’t say the details!

The Owner, Mr.Onishi is the second generation of this restaurant where his father started. Now, Third generation is working together, too! Everybody in Sushi Iwa is very friendly , has wonderful hospitality to serve the customers , and speaks English very well. Brilliant!

As Amanda is not familiar with fish, she took notes of the names but sometimes, just forgot filming and ate it all! Haha!
