This time we visited “Okonomiyaki Ron” in summer for about 5 days! This is the season when there are many individual customers, not group tourists. We met many travelers and wonderful people from Japan and around the world. We also visited the staff meal scene after business hours and tasting the new menu. The restaurant is even more energetic with the addition of new staff. Enjoying the ever-changing things, the thought of hospitality never changes.
