This travel video is the last episode of the “Low Cost Railway journey to the “Hiroshima, and Yamaguchi ” ” edition.
Last destination is the Shoin shrine, and the surrounding area where it’s located in Higashi-Hagi station’s east side.
Yoshida Shoin, who educated many young people who became the driving force behind the Meiji Restoration, met a tragic end, but he was enshrined as a god after his passing away and continues to inspire hope to the younger generation who are devoted to academic studies even today.
