Hello everyone. This is Tomoka. I am currently at the bus terminal in Kamikochi, Nagano Prefecture. So, this time I will go to Kamikochi. I was actually planning to go all day tomorrow morning due to the weather, but it was a bit cloudy and rainy, so I decided to go in the afternoon today after arriving in a hurry. So, it’s already 1:30am, but I’m at Sawando Bus Terminal, so I’ll take a 30-minute bus ride to Kamikochi. I rented a car and got there from Matsumoto in about an hour. So I was able to rent a car for the day, so I’m hoping the weather will hold up today, but I’d like to go to Kamikochi now. There seem to be parking lots in many different places at Sawando Bus Terminal, and it costs 700 yen a day. There is a ticket vending machine for bus tickets on the day of the trip, so I would like to go buy them there now. So, I hope you find the Kamikochi video helpful, so please enjoy it until the end. So I’ll go. This time, I brought a bell to keep bears away. I don’t think the left one is for bear avoidance, but it seems better if these two have different tones. Before you go to Kamikochi, I would like to briefly introduce the access method that is important for your trip. Kamikochi is not accessible to the general public, so we recommend that you do some research in advance. If you are thinking of going to Kamikochi from the Tokyo area, please use this as a reference. First of all, the access method I chose this time is to go by train, rental car, or paid shuttle bus. The method is to take the limited express Azusa from Shinjuku to Matsumoto, then rent a car from Matsumoto Station and transfer to the paid shuttle bus at Sawando Bus Terminal, which is open to regular cars. I chose this access method because of cost and ease. Another way to get there is to rent a car from Tokyo to Sawatari Bus Terminal.It takes about 4 hours by car from Tokyo to Nagano Prefecture, so I rejected it. Third, take a night bus from Shinjuku to Kamikochi. It’s a night bus, so you can take a walk in the morning and take a day trip as it leaves Shinya and arrives early in the morning, so it’s recommended for people who don’t have a lot of time.However, since I wanted to see the sights of Matsumoto city, the price was surprisingly high even though it was a night bus. The fourth thing I stopped doing. I heard that there would be a train from Matsumoto to Shin-Shimashima, a paid shuttle bus from Shin-Shimashima to Kamikochi, and a shuttle bus from Shin-Shimashima to Kamikochi, so I thought it would be difficult to schedule the time in case I couldn’t get on the train. So I rejected it. Fifth. Go on a bus tour from Tokyo. This time I was considering sightseeing in Matsumoto City, so I declined. So after considering various options, this time I chose the first option: train, rental car, and paid shuttle bus. This is also a famous tourist spot, and I mentioned earlier on the bus that the volcano is still moving, but oh , is this it? ! It’s a little cloudy, isn’t it? There are a few clouds above, but it’s really beautiful.The water in the river is really beautiful. It’s amazing The ground is a mess! It’s super fluffy here! Hey, it’s so fluffy! Oh, it’s true! Amazing! Wow, that’s amazing Amazing clay? I mean clay… my friend) It looks like there’s a place like this in Hokkaido Aoike (Blue Lake)? Wow, it’s beautiful! The Yakedake bear was spotted near Tashiro Wetland around 11:30 on June 26th Well, quite a while has passed today. Maybe it was just a bear sighting? But I’m sure something like this will come out. You can even see the mountains from here. The mountains are covered in clouds, but it’s still very beautiful. Can I get it across? Next door is Kamikochi Lumiesta Hotel , and I found a statue. It’s hard to understand, but here it is. This person is said to be the one who spread mountain climbing culture in Japan during his stay in Japan. Mr. Weston. Friend) Cold! I want to eat it later~ Oh, I definitely want to eat it~ For now, let’s go to Kappa Bridge first. Kamikochi Rest Station and Nature Guide Wow, that’s amazing! Arrived at Azusa River and Kappa Bridge! Unfortunately, the apple pie shop was closed until 4pm, so I decided to go to a different shop. Most of the rice items are sold out. I guess the only thing they sell is buckwheat oyaki. Is it just Nozawa? The souvenir shop sells various things. There are a lot of things from Nagano. Friend) Isn’t it too swollen? Oh, it’s true! So we arrived at Kappa Bridge. This time I bought Kamikochi cider and apple roll cake. Unfortunately, the weather is not so good, but I’m really happy to be here in Kamikochi, which I’ve always wanted to visit. So, cheers! So delicious! It’s 4:30 now. So the last bus is at 5:30, so I have about an hour left, but if things continue like this, I’ll probably be able to catch the 5 o’clock bus, so I’ll take the 5 o’clock shuttle bus back to where the parking lot is. I’ll have an apple roll cake. Yeah! delicious! It’s so apple! So, how did you like the video of Kamikochi? I came to Kamikochi this time because I wanted to see the view of Kappa Bridge, but unfortunately it was cloudy so I couldn’t see the view I had hoped for, but the road to get here was a huge negative. It was so refreshing just walking around with so many people . I really thought it was a summer resort, so I think it’s been hot everywhere in Japan lately, but I think it’s a perfect tourist spot in the summer, so please come and visit. There are many ways to get to Kamikochi, so I think it’s best to choose the one that fits your schedule. I also brought a bell to protect against bears, and there was nothing I could do about insects, but I was surprisingly able to survive in the 20°C weather even with short sleeves on.
