Hello everyone, thank you for always watching. As the in-train announcement said, I’m heading to Wakayama on the Nankai train. I wanted to eat Wakayama ramen, so I decided to go there for the first time in a year. Once I crossed the Kinokawa River, I was at Wakayama City Station. We arrived at Wakayama City Station. We headed to the castle on the Wakayama bus. This is right in front of the castle. We entered the building. There are shops on the 1st to 3rd floors. This is the entrance to the inn. Front lobby It’s on the 5th floor. There’s also a chapel on the same floor. It’s just been renovated, so it’s very clean. After check-in, I headed to my room. I could see the scenery to the north from the window. That river is Kinokawa, which I crossed earlier. I arrived at my room. Let’s enter the room. We’ll be in a room on the castle side. We’re about to start the room tour , but since we’re hungry, we’ll go here first. Yamatame Shokudo, which is about a 5-minute walk from the hotel. This is one of the oldest ramen shops in Wakayama. The inside of the shop has a Showa retro feel.They also have a lot of noodles other than ramen.It ‘s a bowl of chashi noodles.At first glance, you can tell that the soup is rich.There ‘s also chashu under the kamaboko. It’s hidden.The noodles are a bit thick.It ‘s a rich pork bone and soy sauce soup that leaves a bit of a rough texture on the tongue.It ‘s no wonder so many people order rice with it.We returned to our hotel room and started the room tour. I would like to have a twin room.There is a lighting controller and a USB outlet between the beds.You can also put the beds together to make a Hollywood twin.The air purifier is made by Sharp.You can open the curtains and look out the window. The side dishes are lined up: Boiled fish , grilled fish , pork, ginger, Wakayama’s specialties are also lined up, dashi chazuke , yuasa, Kinzanji miso , pickled plums, of course, dashimaki tamago, sesame tofu, miso soup.Next to it, there was also ramen.Naturally, there was kamaage whitebait. ,Yuasa soy sauceFinally , there is a sweets corner.First of all, we will have a scrambled egg set meal, and after that we will have ramen, so we will finish it off lightly.Before we eat the ramen for lunch, we will take a walk around Wakayama Castle.To fill up our stomachs, Ishigaki . I’m walking between them. Ah, there’s a tiger. But it’s very hot today , so I don’t go up to the castle tower, I just walk around it. It’s the Okaguchi gate on the south side. It looks like there’s a zoo on the right. Let’s go. Apparently it’s free. The deer look like it’s hot too . I wonder if they were intimidated by it. The penguins have a pool, so it’s nice . If I came across something like this in town, I’d panic. I managed to make it all the way around. Even so, it’s still early in the rainy season and it’s still too hot. This is Wakayama City Hall. I’ll cool off here for a while. Sorry, I’m not a Wakayama citizen. It’s 11 o’clock, so I head to a ramen shop. It’s Marui Juunibancho branch, which is famous for its green onion-covered ramen, which is close to the hotel and city hall. It’s also a regular on the Wakayama ramen rankings. This restaurant had quick sushi and boiled eggs. They also have fried rice and gyoza. Ramen covered in green onions is a bowl of rice. You can adjust the amount of green onions. I started digging through the green onions and started exploring. Next, I found char siu. The soup is not very rich, but has a good balance.At this point, I add the boiled eggs.I let them soak in the soup.The chashu pork is also melty and delicious.I like the flavor as it is, but I like the taste, but I added pepper . Let’s try adding some eggs to change the taste.It became more chewy and delicious when eaten with green onions.I went back to my room and took a bath.I felt refreshed and took a little nap.By the way, my nightwear is a one-piece type. It’s a store.The store is located in the basement sales floor of Kintetsu Department Store.We’re waiting for it to open.It ‘s now open. I can already see the name of the restaurant. It’s called "Seino." The main branch is in Arita. The entrance is here. It was a pour-and-pay style. There are only 8 seats. Senkotteri Wakayama. It was a bowl of ramen.The soup was not as rich as I expected.The blog posted a picture of it being mushy.The chashu was thinly sliced.The egg was half-cooked.There was menma in it.The noodles were medium-thin.
