It’s not crowded and it’s comfortable This is 2km northwest of JR Niigata Station. Finally, we headed to the "Befco Bakauke Observation Deck." This is the building where the Hotel Nikko Niigata is located. You only have to pay the parking fee. This is the most famous tourist spot in Niigata Prefecture. It’s popular for its views from a height of 125m, so we expected it to be busy, and it was. If you don’t know, just search for "Toki Messe" and you’ll find out right away. Opening hours are from 8am to 10pm. Amazing! You can also enjoy the night view. There are also souvenir shops and restaurants. You can enjoy the view in 360° panorama. I’m sure you will like it. The distance traveled in this video is 10.2km. Gasoline and parking costs were 950 yen. It was a great view tour with good cost performance. I stayed at "JR East Mets Niigata". 夜9時に変更されたようです
