⁴ᴷ Aomori: Hachinohe Central Area (青森県: 八戸市中心街) – Japan Walking Tour (May, 2024)

In May, we will be shooting while heading to Tsugaru. We traveled from Akita Prefecture to Aomori Prefecture.
Hachinohe’s central streets are called Mikka-machi and Rokka-machi, which are derived from the dates when markets were held in the Edo period (1603-1868). Since it was Friday, there were so many touts standing here and there that you could hardly pass each other on the sidewalks.
