ラグビーワールドカップ 2019 に合わせ熊本で開催された、「祭りアイランド九州」。「祭りアイランド九州」は、ラクビー観戦で訪れる外国人や日本人の方々に、九州・山口各地に足を運んでいただく為、特色ある数多くの祭りを、 披露 するイベントでした。
