“Sometimes looking the other way matters. I was on a furious hike to the summit of Angel’s Landing in Zion National Park. I was hiking too fast in hopes of good light and small crowds, and in my hurry I had to stop and rest along the steep climb. I turned around, and realized that in my haste I had forgotten to pay attention to my environment, as I saw the jaw dropping scene behind me. I was so lucky to have a small line of hikers work their way into the corner of my frame, as they ascended the winding trail below. A few minutes later, they passed me, and I reminded them all to stop and look. What a view.” #MyCanonStory
