富士山と桜🌸 | トラベルガイド2024 | Vlog
Hello, I’m Coconuts 😊 I’m at the south exit of Shinjuku Station. The weather is beautiful 🌞 As of March 2024, the season of beautiful cherry blossoms is almost here in Japan 🌸
So this time we will introduce a guide to go to the famous “Arakurayama Sengen Park” that we visited last year (2023). I would like to send you a video of the time I did it.🌸🗻This
Place is located in Fujiyoshida City, Yamanashi Prefecture, and is relatively easy to get to from Tokyo, taking only 2 to 3 hours one way by train or bus, so you can enjoy it even on a day trip.
This time, I will take an express bus from Shinjuku. Buses are especially recommended as they are cheap and easy to get to. 🚌 Take the bus from Busta Shinjuku, which is directly connected to the new south ticket gate of JR Shinjuku Station. 🚌 It goes up to the 4th floor.
Depart from Shinjuku and get off at the “Chuo Expressway Shimoyoshida” bus stop. Masu. The destination is about 20 to 30 minutes walk from there. Bus tickets can be purchased at the terminal, but it can get quite crowded at this time of year, so it’s best to make a reservation online in advance.
There is also a website that supports foreign languages. Get off at “Chuo Expressway Shimoyoshida”. I’ll put the URL of the site in the description section of the video⬇️By
The way, the bus fare is 1,950 yen to 2,200 yen. If you take the JR Special Rapid train, it will cost twice as much. If you take the JR local train, it will cost about the same as the bus, but you will have to change trains 2-3 times and it will take more time.
Buses are very convenient in this way, but they can sometimes get stuck in traffic jams, so be sure to plan your trip with plenty of time. We have arrived at Shinjuku Expressway Bus Terminal (Busta Shinjuku)! There is also a convenience store. (Currently at Daily Yamazaki) You can buy drinks and snacks here🍙
Also, some buses don’t have toilets, so it’s safer to use them at the terminal. It’s very crowded 🚎 Now, let’s leave 🚎💨 1 hour and 40 minutes on the bus 🚌 Press the button when getting off.
Even if you accidentally oversleep, you can come back by train from Kawaguchiko Station, the last stop, so don’t worry It’s okay if you don’t put it on. (Additional charges apply)
Also, the Chuo Expressway Shimoyoshida bus stop on the way back is unmanned and difficult to locate, so it is safer to travel by train and board from either Kawaguchiko Station or Fujisan Station. I got off the bus. Wow, it’s beautiful✨🗻By
The way, the plan for this trip is not to take a day trip, but to stay overnight and visit the same place again early the next day. And if I have time, I’d like to go see the cherry blossoms on the north shore of Lake Kawaguchi 🌸
There are directions to the destination, which is very helpful 😊 It takes about 15 minutes on foot from the bus stop to reach the park entrance, and from there it takes another 15 minutes. Climb the hill and you’ll arrive at the famous postcard viewing spot.
It looks like we can go there without getting lost 😊 The cherry blossoms are in sight 🌸 This time of year there are many stalls at the cherry blossom festival, and there was also a service to store our luggage 🌸🍡😊 We arrived at the entrance. It is the approach to the shrine.
I bow and enter.🙇♀️It ‘s already cherry blossoms in leaf around here🌸🌿It depends on the climate, but in normal years, the peak of cherry blossoms is around mid-to-late April. In 2024, it is expected to be in full bloom around April 13th 🌸
It’s hard to tell from the video, but when you look at it from the back, Mt. Fuji fits right inside the torii gate ⛩️🗻 It was really beautiful when you saw it with the naked eye ✨ Tourists It’s very
Crowded , and even if you climb just a little bit, the view changes completely 👀 It’s precious to see Mt. Fuji without a single cloud over it. It seems to be relatively difficult to climb in the early morning and evening 🗻 The
View of Mt. Fuji from here is symmetrical and truly beautiful ✨ You can clearly see all the way to the base and it’s spectacular 🙏 From these stairs, you can climb to the top of the hill… There’s a sign telling you to visit the shrine ⛩️
The shrine is on the other side. There’s a horse 🐎 His legs are thick. A beautiful shrine came into view. Arakura Fuji Sengen Shrine is cute ☺️💕 Come on, let’s visit. I had 15 yen. it was good! It’s a shrine, so it’s two bows, two claps, and one bow .
No matter how many times I see Mt. Fuji, it’s still beautiful ☺️ This time I’m going to climb the stairs It seems that there are 398 steps, so it’s quite difficult 💦 Halfway up the stairs, I veer off to a side street. Follow the instructions and climb up. There are photo spots everywhere🌸🗻The
Five-storied pagoda came into view. It’s a spectacular view ☺️✨ I climbed to the top and the pink cherry blossoms and red tower stand out against the blue sky 🌸 The observation deck is the most famous photo spot, but there was a huge line 😱
By the way, it was a weekday, but it was so crowded…😱This is the last place. The line moves faster than I expected. The waiting time goes by in a blink of an eye while looking at the beautiful scenery ☺️ There are cherry blossoms both above and below 🌸 It’s a masterpiece ✨
In the end, the waiting time was about 30 minutes. It was very crowded at this time of year, so there was a 5-minute time limit to enter the observation deck😭 5-minute shift system This is the scenery of Japan ☺️ It seemed like 5 minutes had passed 😅
It was a little noisy, but more than I expected. I was able to watch it slowly☺️I hope I can watch it a little more slowly tomorrow. Wow, it’s so beautiful from here . This is the end of today’s cherry blossom viewing. I’m heading to the station.
I arrived at the station after walking for about 20 minutes.Trains run about every 30 minutes, so if you don’t check the timetable, you’ll have to wait a long time🚃However, there is a
Small cafe and coin lockers right in front of the station. There is also a convenience store nearby, so you won’t have to worry about finding a place to take a break. I’m a little tired, so I’m going to take a break and then get on the train ☕️The
Food and desserts at “Arakura Shokudo” in front of the station are very delicious, so I always stop by here 😋This time I had kusa mochi and rice balls 🍙🍡 Which one? It was also very delicious💕I
Came to the station. At “Shimoyoshida Station”, a song by the local band “Fuji Fabric” is played as the sound of a train approaching. This song is titled “Everything About Youth” and is a famous song that is even included in high school music textbooks🎵My favorite song too☺️💕This
Song is titled “Everything about Youth” and is included in high school music textbooks. It’s a famous song that’s on the list🎵My favorite song too☺️💕 I took the train from Shimoyoshida Station and headed to Fuji-Q Highland Station, where I was staying. The ride time is about 15 minutes. It’s Thomas’ train😀
We arrived at the hotel. This is a capsule hotel located right behind Fuji-Q Highland Station. This is our bed for today 🛌 It’s cool, like being inside a spaceship ✨👽 The bed is spacious and comfortable ✨ There is a shower, eating and drinking space, and you can also rent nightgowns.
I bought dinner at the convenience store next door and ate it at the hotel. Lawson’s frozen okonomiyaki (seafood) is delicious 😋 I’ll get up early tomorrow. Well then, good night 🌛💤 Good morning 😊 I took the train to Shimoyoshida Station. The current time is 8:00 a.m.
It seems that the staff at the observation deck are going to work soon.At this time, large bus tours have not yet arrived, so you should be able to take a quiet and leisurely look around. It’s about a 20 minute walk from here and you’ll arrive at where you were yesterday.
There’s a map to guide you. The mountains are turning pink and it’s cute 🌸 It matches well with Thomas’ train 💕 Oops, it looks like it got stuck in a railroad crossing. The train could be… the “NARUTO❌BORUTO” train! ! Lucky 😆 Oh? There are directions at your feet ☺️
We have arrived at the entrance. There are not many people in the morning and it is quiet. It is so beautiful ✨ We will continue climbing today. There’s a water pillar from Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba in a place like this ☺️💕 He’s so cool 🌀 His hairstyle is cute 🤣
The cherry blossoms in the morning look more pink than in the evening 🌸 It’s interesting how the scenery changes depending on how the sun sets is not it. If someone is standing still, you’ll be tempted to stop ☺️ It’s beautiful ☺️ I climbed up to the observation deck. There aren’t many lines yet.
It wasn’t that crowded at this time of the day, so there was no time limit. You can look at the view and take photos as much as you want 👌 Some people were sitting and eating breakfast 🍙 This is what I wanted to do 😁
The number of people suddenly increased after 9 o’clock, and there was a huge line in no time. 😱Now , let’s go back to the station and
See the sightseeing buses arriving one after another.Today, we will go to “Arakura Shokudo” and eat the local specialty “Yoshida Udon” 😋The firmness of the noodles is characteristic 🍜Fill yourself up Now that we are done, we move from Shimoyoshida Station to Kawaguchiko Station. There
Is a panel featuring Mr. Shimura of the band Fujifabric. Cool☺️💕This is my favorite band. 2nd NARUTO train today 🍥 Looks like I’m lucky today. I’ve ridden it before, and the inside is actually NRUTO 😤 The collaboration between the NARUTO train and Mt. Fuji is also wonderful ✨ The
Idyllic atmosphere is very soothing ☺️ Clouds begin to cover Mt. Fuji near noon ☁️ Arrived at the north shore of Lake Kawaguchi I did. This place is located right after taking the Kawaguchiko Tour Bus (Red Line) from Kawaguchiko Station and getting off at the “Kawaguchiko Sarumawashi Theater/Konohana Art Museum” bus stop.
From Shimoyoshida Station, it takes about 50 minutes by train and bus.On a side note, when I stop by Kawaguchiko Station, I always buy this “Kikyou Shingen Mochi Crepe” from the shop. It’s really delicious even with ice cream in it 😋 It’s sold in a conspicuous place like this 💕 We
Arrived at the shore of the lake . From here you can see Mt. Fuji, the cherry blossoms, and Lake Kawaguchi all at once ☺️ It’s in full bloom 🌸 It’s a little bit here Since it’s difficult to access, it’s empty and has a relaxing atmosphere ☺️ There was a nice Western-style building 🏰
Is it a restaurant? Beautiful 🌸 After taking a leisurely walk around the lake, we returned to Kawaguchiko Station, and from there we took the express bus back to Shinjuku 🚎🏠 That’s all for this video. It was very long. Thank you very much for watching until the end ☺️
