大分観光、迷ったらここに行けば間違いなし!!(ブラタモリで紹介されたあの穴場スポットも!!)

Today’s destination is Oita Prefecture!! Tsukahara Onsen Kako no Izumi. Sea Hell. Restaurant Toyo-ken. Onishi Bozu Hell. Tornado Hell. Blood Pond Hell. Mount Yufu. Kinrin Lake. First, our destination is “Tsukahara Onsen Kako no Izumi.” With an entrance fee of 200 yen, you can get close to the crater.

This place was also featured on the TV show “Buratamori” before. Since there is a crater, you can also bathe in the hot spring near the entrance. Operating hours are from 9:00 to 18:00, and the outdoor bath is until 17:30. This is “Tsukahara Onsen Kako no Izumi.”

You’ll arrive in about a 5-minute walk from the entrance. The hot water sleeping underground here is the source of all eight baths in Beppu, and it supplies all the hot water for Beppu Onsen. You can walk around the crater and explore. This is the outdoor bath.

For adults, it’s 600 yen, and for children, it’s 200 yen. The next destination is the next destination is “Sea Hell.” It’s about a 20-minute drive from “Tsukahara Onsen Kako no Izumi.” We’ve arrived at the location of Sea Hell. This pond has Japan’s largest demon lotus,

And children up to 20kg can ride on the lotus. Now, let’s go see “Sea Hell”! This is “Sea Hell.” It was named “Sea Hell” because the water surface looks like cobalt blue ocean. They seem to be making hot spring eggs. The temperature is about 98 degrees.

It is said that the depth to the spring vein is over 200 meters. The beautiful blue appearance on the water surface is due to the high content of “ferrous sulfate” in the hot spring. It seems that even the famous Helen Keller visited here in the past.

Here is a greenhouse using the hot spring heat of Sea Hell. You can see tropical plants such as “Sui Ren” and “Large Demon Lotus” here. Once these lotuses grow large, they are moved to the pond at the entrance. There was also a hell with a red color. Feeling hungry, let’s head to lunch.

Very famous for tempura, very famous for tempura, “Toyo-ken.” It’s about a 10-minute drive from Sea Hell. This is Toyo-ken. The guide was very unique. It seems that many famous people have visited here. This is the famous Tempura Set Meal for 1,300 yen.

Among all the tempura I’ve ever had, this was truly the most delicious. For those who come to sightsee in Oita, I definitely recommend this shop. The next destination is Onishi Bozu Hell. It’s about a 10-minute drive from Toyo-ken. Onishi Bozu Hell.

It got its name because the boiling gray mud resembles a monk’s head. It does indeed look like a monk’s head. The next destination is Tornado Hell. It’s about a 10-minute drive from Onishi Bozu Hell. This is the entrance to Tornado Hell. Tornado Hell.

Admission is 450 yen for adults, and 200 yen for children. “Tornado Hell” is a designated natural monument of Beppu City, a “geyser.” It spouts hot water and steam at regular intervals (every 30-40 minutes). This time, we waited about 10 minutes to see the geyser. The next destination is Blood Pond Hell.

It’s just a 1-minute walk from Tornado Hell. This is the entrance to Blood Pond Hell. The visiting hours are from 8:00 to 17:00. Admission is 450 yen for adults and 200 yen for children. Here’s a photo spot for Blood Pond Hell. Blood Pond Hell.

It’s said to be the oldest natural hell in Japan. Red hot mud erupts and deposits from the stratum, coloring the entire pond red. A table and chairs shaped like demons. A common sight in tourist spots. Let’s take a look at Blood Pond Hell from a slightly higher place. The next destination is

Mount Yufu. It’s about a 30-minute drive from Blood Pond Hell. This is Mount Yufu. We stopped by on the way to Kinrin Lake. Mount Yufu is an active volcano with an elevation of 1,583 meters in Yufu City, Oita Prefecture. It last erupted about 2,200 years ago. The last destination is Kinrin Lake.

It’s about a 15-minute drive from Mount Yufu. Let’s head to Kinrin Lake. This is Kinrin Lake. One of Yufuin’s representative tourist spots. It was named “Kinrin Lake” because the fish scales on the lake shine in the sunset. Around the lake, there are well-maintained walking paths,

And it’s a perfect place to stroll and see fish and water birds. When you come to Oita, please visit the places introduced in this video. I hope it serves as a reference for your Oita trip. Thank you for watching the video until the end! Thank you for watching the video until the end!^^
