  1. 上野と言えばとんかつの老舗が多いのでとんかつの街なんですよね。ぽん多は代官山のお店に友人と行きましたが白いとんかつが特徴で、通常よりもかなり低い(確か160℃)で時間をかけてじっくり上げるので時間がかかるのですが、肉が柔らかいとんかつですね。喜洋門さんを推挙したのは私がジビエ好きでウサギも食べたいなぁとBMしたからで、動画を視聴し途中まで切腹を覚悟しました(汗)。御徒町周辺はハラル認証の食材屋さんがあったりでなかなかディープです。湯島になりますが、天神下交差点にはサイアム食堂(タイ料理)もありますね。
