First time in NAN THAILAND Night Market 🇹🇭

Hello everyone hello from D wi airport come with   us to Nan so see what’s coming up in  this video I’m excited let’s go let’s go I’m so excited we on the bike again yay 40 and that 20 is 60 back oh my

God this Temple is one of the  most well-known ones actually in n city thank you guess what we arrived I love airports  like this and you can just walk on a Tac   No Buses it’s not buy look look around how  cool but this flight was absolutely amazing  

It was so so quiet absolutely loved that it  was nice and smooth nice views on the way as   well but it’s just like Ty people are so calm  well behaved and it’s just do you know what  

I mean there was not actually nobody talking on  the flight it was quiet nobody pushing and also   that only took 50 minutes it’s like a a big  Tailwind at the moment it should have taken  

An hour and 10 we got here 20 minutes fast but  yeah what’s the plan now what’s the plan where   are we going get some Crispy Cream Donuts oh  that’s an observation we made we wondered why   everyone was buying Crispy Cream Donuts yes so  everyone’s stocking up on them because I don’t  

Think you can buy them in N so they’re bringing  them for presents for their family or kids I   think so loads of donuts on the plane let’s go  we have uh somebody is picking us up so yeah excited nice small airport uh yeah just one

Terminal yeah so before we came here we  looked at getting a motorbike and they’ve   luckily said to us they’ll pick us up from  the airport it’s the other side of Nan main   town so just looking out for the car should be  here in a minute it keep an eye out okay we got

It maybe sit in the front baby so give you a quick bit of info who we’ve  rented from we’ve rented from a company called   frait motorcycle and basically they’re right  next to the bus station and N so if you’re  

Getting a bus here you can actually walk  straight out and go straight to their place   so it’s really convenient and like I said we’ve  been picked up here so saves us a lot of time   getting for attacks and everything so so far  really good I’ll tell you prices when we get  

There they’re all in my head I already know so  the plan for today is just to rent a motorbike   get motorbike sorted check in and we straight  to the night market which we are passing just  

Now here wow check out that Sunset oh wow sun  is so red yeah see your face now winter from   October in the m so we have arrived bus  terminal elit is just here and the Shop’s

Here maybe this one is 10 CC bigger are you  not scared to drive brand new one no it be   fine yeah so there’s lots of bikes to choose  here from when I looked on the website and I  

Spoke to the guy they range from 250 bar a  day up to 1,000 depending which one you get   we’re paying a total price I can’t remember now  ours is 90 a day okay so but you can find out if  

You go near the airport it’s about 100 bar more  expensive so this is better to come this side of   town and get a bike are you happy with this one  yeah they’re both nearly exactly the same this  

One just looks more sporty we did get this one  it looks more sporty but obv see Pia said this   one is better so it’s newer and it’s 10 CC bigger  so we need something that’s this size we normally  

Go for 125 but there’s lots of hills and lots  of traveling we’ve got our bag with us as well   not just ourselves so need a bit more power to get  around so yeah look really good now we’re going to  

Pick the helmet this is the bit I always struggle  because my head is funny shaped but I think I have   large size oh red ones let’s go for it once look  nice oh good fit half set half yeah this is the  

Long bit when they has to choose a helmet yeah  the thing is it has to fit properly you want yeah let’s goe I’m so excited we on the bike again  yay so far so good really good motorbike  

Rental guys if you want to uh come here and  rent your bike when you’re in a n absolutely   recommend it we on the way to our hotel  get change and get to that night market Danny I got a big bike yeah nice bike it is scary  

Cuz it’s brand new it doesn’t  even have one scratch on a bike anywhere well I’m so excited and I cannot hide   it don’t Shout with it finish  the song Don’t shout finish the

Song This is a super comfy bike and so easy to  ride I like it it’s good and you know what they   had a good choice of helmets as well they uh had  few brand new helmets as well so yeah thumbs up  

For that motorbike rental so far I done well  yeah you’re done well yeah woohoo that’s so   right guys right let’s go and check in got  9 minutes to check in cuz our Premiere is Ona so we’re staying just on the outside  of the main Town um in hop in hotel o it’s  

Cold in here yeah uh what was the price of  the room 750 bar per night in this hotel   it uh looks lovely and clean all you need is  comfy bed and clean room that’s all I’m asking

For well that’s the room tour done for you 2  seconds but we’re having twin beds today so   yeah all right let’s go to the night market  so yeah overall this room looks lovely it’s   very very clean so that’s what we want beds  are comfy as well we have unfortunately twin  

Bed but what can you do I didn’t expect that I  don’t think I even looked if I’m buying a hotel   with two beds but yeah let’s go to that night  market we can be like old people and have our  

Own separate single beds for one night yeah  let’s go to the market let’s go all right so   we are on foood we’re just walking to uh weekend  night market in N uh but yeah we’re just passing  

A little market on the side here it’s so much  food but we’re going to eat in the main Night   Market guys we thought we got there but either  side of us restaurants one side and lotss of   popup stores on the other side there’s just food  everywhere here but we don’t know if basically  

You can get taxis in N because it’s too late now  it’s only 7:00 so we don’t know if you can get it   because it’s too late now 7:00 now not sure or  there is no taxis at toen then not sure let us

Know yes we’re quite close to the market  now I think our hotel is a bit outside so   I choose a different one to us but there’s  so many temples here there’s one behind me   we’re walking past one now was really cool  is they’re all lit up at night so it look  

Even more beautiful you can just see them  everywhere might be a changai a little bit   got hit by a car I’m looking at this beautiful  Temple instead of looking at the road check this out isn’t this beautiful check this out I can hear the

Market all right guys we just arrived  in the market we’re going to grab some   snacks and we’re going to try some  new food as well we are super hungry um we are super hungry cuz we only had breakfast  um and yeah we are ready ready to eat we ready to  

Explore and try new things let’s go right but  I want to point out look where we are we are   lit she surrounded by the temples from left and  right it’s just beautiful area beautiful scene   let’s get some food yeah I’m starving main  thing is we’re going to go just walk around  

See what we like show you guys some of the food  here and eat everything try and eat everything yep we can already see the food looks really good here   oh my favorite dessert oh oh oh  oh what I’m going to eat look

Good okay CCE this looks nice so we’ve got  the northern sausage we took the spicy one   and it’s 60 bar with the sauce as well  okay I need to I need to try this now   Danny ready yeah see what I got here I’ve  got noen style sausage and I have some  

Green paste kind of sauce I don’t know what  that is but I’m going to go with the sausage first spicy my so much oh spicy so much lemongrass   on it as well that green sauce I  need to try with the green sauce

Now oh my God that’s all I’m going to  say sa is spicy or no no it’s not spicy   I don’t even know what that is let me know  what that green sauce green kind of pickled   veggies what what is that it’s amazing maybe  get chicken chicken looks good um oh uh guys

I so we’re getting a lab guy I really wanted  to try this up here because it’s a dish from   northern Thailand and we got some sticky rice  as well that was was it 80 bus I think it was  

Oh no that was only 60 bus but they had Brown  sticky rice and blue sticky rice which I never   seen before I’m just like looking everywhere  I kind of like oh oh oh food food food there  

Is loads loads of that green sauce around oh  more sausage oh my god oh look at this little   tiny shrimp salmon oh oh wow Sor sh cake  Sor Mountain wow not essentially Thai Thai   food yeah we just got some dessert 45 bu for  strawberry lava cake is literally strawberry  

Filled strawberry cake filled with lava inside  in in the flavor of strawberry this is going to   be amazing I’m sure look how cute that is that  is coin it it’s not just food here it’s also   clothes and souvenirs souvenirs we haven’t  seen before so maybe we will pick something

Up yeah this Market is huge by the way it  goes a long way down past the temple but by   the temple is where you sit and eat your food  so get all your food go and sit at the temple yeah look how freshes is raw  stuff quick stuff right behind

Them slightly sweet fried pork what more  can you want this is lovely not too salty   really good and again the green  sauce is here again we also have   loads of herbs and teas and things like  that here it’s crazy you got music on  

One side music on the other side so much  here oh my God look at this Temple looks beautiful chicken are we getting some Li oh okay so we’re just taking a little bit  because we have already some pork we   taking some liver as well looks amazing  everything is roasted in those oven jars

Here and I am actually really surprised  that is baking liver because he doesn’t   like liver I’m I’m a fan he’s not a fan and I’m  really happy we’re eating some liver finally I just got distracted when I was looking at this  

Temple because I saw um gr Park  but look what’s in front of us wow this is so pretty wow it just look so amazing at night it’s  when everything’s lit up and everything’s   glistening all the mirrors on the  temples this make everything look  

Beautiful up here I think really  nice right back to food guys let’s go all right we want some fresh salad oh an right just getting some salad a mix mix right we got sometime mix mix  sometime sometime Thai and corn uh  

Pet noi we’re going to just go and eat  over there but we won’t be able to uh   talk with you cuz it’s quite loud over  there over there but we’re going to show   you what we have what we’ve eaten and  if we like it or not let’s go have some

Food that that purple rice tastes  same same as normal one it’s just   purple it looks thank you look at  that this is our first bit of food   in and I chose this one which is lab  guide I love lab so let’s give it a

Go oh that is so nice but it’s different  this one has a lot of lemongrass I think   no CL lime leaves that’s what it is  that’s so nice there’s more herbs up   here than in Bangkok in a Labb but  a massive portion here 50 bus really

Good all right let’s try some of that  some time it’s massive portion it’s good   nice spice as well yummy and now S Pork from  that lovely guy who was taking pictures with us oh yeah that’s proper recycling we going in

This Temple is stunning look at the paintings  on the wall look at the door look at that Buddha statue this Temple is one of the most well-known ones  actually in Nan City in Nan town because of the  

Murals on the walls it’s hard to find this in  Thailand because this place I think was built   in 1596 let me check yeah 1596 this place was  built so it’s really old it did get renovated  

But it’s a traditional one with a black and red  pillars if you look behind at the Buddhas you   see there’s four of them and what they’re doing  is actually they’re facing all the four exits in  

This Temple so looking out of every single exit  as you look around but this is a good time to   come at people come at this time of night cuz  normally it’s busy with people taking pictures   and selfies cuz these murals are really well  known in Nan especially this Temple but it looks

Amazing so this is our first day first night  in Nan our first impressions of Nan and I I   tell you all we are already impressed food is  amazing bit different flavors to the dishes uh   we like and we know from Bangkok where we live  or rest of the Thailand we so but everything  

Really really good really tasty that lab we  had earlier that was something else that was   the best lab we ever had and Danny will agree  for sure but this is our first impressions of   Nan Danny is going to tell you in a minute what  he thinks about this place I absolutely love it  

I cannot wait to explore more of this city more  of this province cuz N is a province is quite   big and uh it’s just mountains everywhere what  we saw from the plane look absolutely amazing I  

Cannot wait to go and explore and we exploring on  a motorbike our favorite thing to do ever I can’t wait sorry Diggy left me inside for a minute  there I had a little Google because you can’t  

Know everything so you need to know a little bit  about these places but the murals on the inside   are actually painted in the 19th century when  this place was renovated and apparently if you   look closely enough it’s actually depictions  of Europeans there that’s why I was spending  

Time I walked around like three or four times  to see like the paintings or drawings of actual   Europeans depicted this basically it everyday  life is depicted on the walls yeah I never seen   fanks in a temple on the walls or not in painting  and murals no too much history lesson yeah let’s

Go right you can see us we in a  taxi no it’s not a taxi it’s just   someone’s car yeah we asked about  a taxi and they said they can take   us we uh we jumped in the car and uh  and yeah they taking us to our hotel

Cap right we made it we made it to our  hotel safe and sound we back that was   lucky otherwise we would have to work  for half an hour that that that wasn’t   a normal taxi no that was just locals  friendly locals giving us a lift guys  

Uh we offered them some money basically in  return in return for the left but look how   many motorbikes is here now wow look  at that one oh wow look at that one P there is a lot of nice bikes around here now  but hary davson I want that one with the nice  

Seat at the back so I won’t fall off nice Comfort  yeah tomorrow you will see why there so many bikes   around here this place this province is very  famous with bikers well north of Thailand is  

But you will see why tomorrow in the next video  I didn’t turn the camera on in time then but some   guys just left a restaurant and they’re going  very good very good three guys on a bike and  

You should have seen them dry it off they’ve  had a few beers I think but funny in one way   but they were all over the road H yeah the motor  bike sorry I’m just texting uh Jo Parilla actually  

Cuz he recommended as a lot of stuff to do in Nan  so thank you very much uh but yeah the guys were   just going like this on the road like woo legs  and hands are R they going you say say very good
