【プーケットの旅②】ピピ島シュノーケリング(Klookツアー)・中日字幕/English Subtitles
Now, the second day in Phuket. Join a Klook group tour. While waiting for the car to pick us up, we played with some small animals, We also gave them toast. And I almost stepped on a lizard in the golf garden.
By the way, there was a huge one that we saw in the garden of our room(hotel) on the last day, They don’t attack humans, so there’s no need to be afraid. It is said that they commonly inhabit parks in Bangkok. I’m actually more scared of humans. Now, the car has arrived! let’s go!
Arrive at Boat Ramp boat pier and go to reception. When finished, move to the waiting area. While we were waiting, we enjoyed snacks and juices. Various Thai snacks, etc. We also have toast and jam. My sister made toast right away. They even prepared seasickness medicine (free of charge).
There are various swimming and beach goods for sale next to it. If you forget something, you can buy everything here. There are many yachts and speedboats right next to it. Which one would you like to ride? My little Princess~ This one, please After taking a photo, A cute cat came to us
My niece and sister from Taiwan have two cats. They are truly cat lovers. This stray cat seems to know that so that’s why she might have come closer to my niece. She even doesn’t afraid of other people who approach her. The little cat is really cute.
Oh, it’s time for tour information. (4 local guides from Yacht Master) In short, we will visit 6 locations in total. You can enjoy the photogenic beaches of Koh Phi Phi and Koh Khai. Chance to say hello to monkeys at Monkey Beach, You can swim with tropical fish while snorkeling.
We will also visit Maya Bay, famous for being the setting for the movie “The Beach” starring Leonardo DiCaprio. The tour presentation is about 7 minutes long (the middle part omitted) Well, the presentation is over. ขอบคุณ~ thank you~ Let’s get on the boat~
The tourists who took our tours came from all over the world. My husband, Pang Pang, is the only Japanese. By the way, if you take a tour in Japanese, it will usually cost more than 3,000 yen/per person higher than normal price.
Honestly, a normal English tour is enough ‘cause they don’t use that difficult English. First, put on our life jackets on our seats. Good, the size seems to be okay. My sister and niece in the back also put on the life jackets! They also provided snorkeling sets. The mouthpiece is new. (Perfect hygiene)
First, let’s head to Khai Island! let’s go Despite the rainy season, it is completely sunny today. The waves are not high either You can often see long tail boats and speedboats along the way. 25 minute boat drive to the next destination Hey, Khai Island
The word “Khai” in Koh Khai means “egg” in Thai, and it is also known as “Egg Island.” A beautiful white sand beach and a sea with calm waves all year round. arrived! You can enjoy snacks and juices while lying on the beach chairs (extra charge).
Rental of beach chairs and umbrellas is 100B per set. Pang Pang quickly changes into a swimsuit. If you look around you, It is a beautiful beach with fine white sand and a gradation of blue. There is also green everywhere I am truly grateful to God for the good weather!
Now, let’s go into the sea~ Even though it’s the rainy season, this outstanding clarity There are plenty of fish even where you can touch your feet, so I think it’s safe for people with small children. Even though I can’t swim, I can play with the fish without worry.
There are fish swimming even in the shallows. Just as we were getting tired from swimming, a boat from a street vendor came and brought various foodstuffs. Oh, so many coconuts! I called my niece and sister over and invited them to drink coconut juice with me. Looks like my niece is very satisfied! good!
An area with stalls in the back. What do they sell? Let’s check it out 〜 There is a sense of cleanliness everywhere. fruits, sweets, juice, beer, There is also food. my favorite grilled corn beach play goods oh! There is also a rest area in the back. There are fewer tourists here
You can also experience banana boats and water bikes. (Extra charge) Charge for personal water bikes(Jetski) You can apply at a stand like this. We spent about an hour and a half playing on Khai Island. Everyone seems tired. Next we will go to Phi Phi Island.
After a while, we found a rock that looked like a turtle! It’s photo shoot time, with this turtle rock in the background. Depending on the angle, you can even see a camel. Everyone took turns to go to the bow. Hand the camera or cell phone to the guide, Our turn, photo time!
We had a lot of consecutive photos taken. The Phi Phi Islands are made up of six islands. The largest island is Koh Phi Phi Don. Rugged rocky mountains and lush greenery, Beneath it lies an emerald green sea with outstanding clarity. Next is Monkey Beach where wild monkeys appear.
Our tour includes viewing the monkeys from the boat. The monkey was skillfully jumping from place to place on the cliff, The monkey is really good at it. We threw the banana we got from the guide. Although banana fell into the sea, Monkey picked it up well. Looks like he is eating deliciously
Then, move to the neighboring beach We’re about to have lunch, so we get excited. For lunch, we will have a Thai buffet at the restaurant in the back. They all seem quite tired. After getting off the boat, go straight to the restaurant. cute hanging chair I’ll try it later. A relaxing cat again
Cats are really everywhere. We arrived at the dining venue. In the water pool outside, Get the sand off your feet before entering. It’s quite spacious. After finishing our meal, we headed back to the beach. While I was looking at the scenery,
I saw my husband seems to be enjoying it quite a bit too. The open cafe here is quite popular. After approximately 50 minutes, we will board the boat again for our final stop. Visit the most popular uninhabited island in Thailand, Koh Phi Phi Leh
Along the way, we also saw the Viking Cave, which is said to have been the home of pirates. Today, the cave has become a “swallow paradise” where many swallows build nests and raise their young. General entry to the island is prohibited, so please enjoy the scenery from a boat.
This area is Pileh Lagoon. The bay has a fantastic contrast between its steep rock walls and the emerald green sea. It’s the best spot for taking photos. A popular style is to sit on the tip of a longtail boat and take the photo.
Finally, we arrived at the snorkeling spot I was looking forward to the most! As we were hesitant since we can’t swim, Pang Pang quickly jumped into the sea. Pang Pang looks fun, I’m jealous Shall I jump in too? But……I am really scared…
The staff wearing blue clothes will go into the sea later, too. They will support people who can’t swim. It would be nice to take a photo on a longtail boat, but There will be an additional charge, so I decided to jump into the sea. I was a little nervous at first,
Then, my niece, I, and one other tourist grabbed big floats which guide gave us. Then, the guide pull us to enjoy snorkeling, We went to see some cute tropical fish. Look, Nemo is over there! Are the black ones sea urchins? Look, colorful tropical fish is playing on the coral reef.
We can see clearly from here. The guide made a large ring of water out of the sea. After that, the guide dived underwater many times, He took pictures/video for us under the sea. He took us out in search of schools of tropical fish, We have fun, but
I think it’s really hard for the guide. The sea is highly transparent and there are many corals. Tropical fish play in the coral that looks like it’s carpeted. This is my first snorkeling in my life I was able to swim with so many colorful tropical fish. I’m so glad I chose Klook’s tour!
It was really fun! The approximately 1 hour snorkeling experience is so short Happy time always passed so fast…… I really want to play more… The next highlight is Maya Bay where surrounded by cliffs and strangely shaped rocks After getting off the boat, we meandered through the lush greenery and headed towards the back.
There is this square on the way, and there are also stalls. We will meet here once on the way home. Oh, chicken! It’s really natural. Is it Maya Bay? Let’s take a closer look. You can’t go wrong! Here! it’s here!
Maya Bay became a very popular tourist destination due to the influence of the movie “The Beach.” A legendary beach that has been closed for environmental protection since 2018 Opening again after 3 and a half years (January 2022) Currently, for environmental protection,
Neither people nor boats are allowed to enter the sea in front of the beach. However, you can access the white sand beach. If you get too close to the sea, the guards will immediately whistle as a warning. With the lush greenery that covers the steep rock face of the cutely shaped rocky mountain,
The contrast of the emerald green sea is so beautiful. Just listening to the sound of the waves is soothing. Feel so relax. Now, let’s take a commemorative photo with my sister as our representative~ Everyone please come here too~ Ah, the fun times passed quickly. We have to leave here now…
When we got on the boat, we were given watermelons, Next, pineapple The sweetest thing was….. The smile of the staff☺️ Returned to the pier, still can not forget everything during the whole trip. We also received some delicious ice cream, marking the end of our trip. We will definitely come back again!
Now, it’s dinner time. A fancy restaurant next to the hotel. For now, let’s have a toast with beer! We really had a good day today! Beer after a long day of playing is really irresistible. I ordered a seafood bucket and it came with a huge amount! Crab, shrimp, mussels, squid, etc.
Spread all over the table. Let’s get it right away~ We also have tools to make it easier for eating crabs. It was great that they even provided a hammer 👍 My sister immediately started hitting the crab’s legs with the hammer. Looks like fun♪ There is also a wide variety of wine here.
We ordered a bottle of white wine to go with the seafood. Wow〜nice sound First, host tasting. Check for color, aroma, and taste. How about this wine? Looks good. Chilean Escudo Rojo It is said to be a winery in Chile run by the Rothschild family, a prestigious Bordeaux family.
Let it keep cool and let’s drink slowly. We ate and drank a lot, and my heart and stomach were full of happiness. Next time, we will share our fun experience at Elephant Care Park. Please come to see us again~ Thank you for watching till the end We appreciate your subscription to our channel
See you next time♪
