Hello everyone! This is Sayaka from quatre saisons. In October 2022 we went to Borgio Verezzi in Italy. (Sorry for the dirty car window glass!
) We have arrived in Borgio Verezzi. (It’s difficult to read this name of town for us.) This is one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. It has an emblem.

Two towers are depicted. There appears to be a castle on top of it. Let’s go up! It was after 17:00 when we arrived, so we first looked for the church.

The city is divided into the coastal town of Borgio and the inland town of Verezzi, which we are visiting. (Maybe that’s why there were two towers in two different places on the emblem I mentioned earlier.) It is a lovely village. There was a church!

We couldn’t get through the side of it. This village is like a maze.
 I was surprised that the bougainvillea was still in bloom, even though it was late October. （This dog is barking.) We thought the sign might be about restoration work of church, but it probably was written something about waste sorting.

It’s a good security measure that a dog can tell us when a stranger like us comes along. It’s a very nice picture. (Church bells are ringing.)
 Finally we come to the entrance of the church! The church was built in 1789 on the site of the castle and completed between 1806 and 1808.

This name is similar to my husband’s name Matthieu. We can get somewhere from here probably! We followed a nice path, but it dead-ended. Somewhere in the distance, we could hear the other church bells! There was a cat. Madam called the cat Mimi, so we called her Mimi too. Unfortunately, the cat went away.

Even though it was the end of October, we were surprised to see many bougainvillea still in bloom in this village everywhere. Beyond this point, the village area seemed to have come to an end, as the streets were now concrete.

There was a sign for a cave, but it was already closed at the time we visited. Finally, here are some of the motorway rest area we used for lunch.
 We decided to have lunch at McDonald’s because they had a menu we had not seen before.


Matthieu, who loves McDonald’s, was happy to eat it. Which is mine, I wonder. It certainly looks delicious. We ordered coffee from this machine after our meal, but there are many varieties! The coffee was quite good value for money. A cappuccino costs 1,9 euros. The pizza looked good too.


I was envious of the Italian people because we could drink quite decent coffee even though it was in a rest area. I was happy to drink a lot of good coffee during my stay in Italy. Thank you for watching the video until the end! See you again in the next video.

ボルジョ・ヴェレッツィはは、リグーリア州サヴォーナ県にある、人口約2,100人ほどの村で、イタリアの最も美しい村に選ばれています。

私たちが訪れた日は10月の終わりごろで、滞在していたフィレンツェ近郊の街から車でプロヴァンスへ帰る途中に寄りました。（大体7時間ちょっとの旅の途中でした。）

リグーリア州は秋もとても暖かいためか、ブーゲンビリアがまだたくさん咲いていて驚きました。そしてとても小さな村でしたが、教会がとても美しく、入ることができて良かったです。
また、少しだけ地元の人と交流もできて嬉しかったです！

とても小さい村なので、1時間もあれば充分まわることができました。

一緒に旅をしている気分になってもらえると嬉しいです♪
