冬の沖縄が楽しすぎる!グルメや絶景、沖縄の歴史をスローに巡る旅プラン#2

Trip #2 to visit spectacular scenic spots in Okinawa for 3 nights and 4 days. good morning. It is the morning of the second day of my Okinawa trip. I’m now heading south by car. The first destination is Sefa Utaki. It takes about 50 minutes by car from here to Sefa Utaki.

Sefa Utaki is around here. This time we took pictures of Sefa Utaki. Permission has been obtained from the Culture Division of the Nanjo City Board of Education. arrival. You can park your car for free in the parking lot. First, buy your ticket here. Admission fee is 300 yen. Now it’s Ganju Station/Nanjo.

It’s about an 8 minute walk from here. There is an entrance to Sefa Utaki. There are many gentle slopes along the way. Almost there! . This is the Green Hall and the entrance to Sefa Utaki. Let’s go inside. First, watch the video in this room. There is a 3-minute screening that explains etiquette.

Let’s head over then. Sefa Utaki is also registered as a World Cultural Heritage Site. If you climb up here, you will reach Kudakajima Yohaisho. This is Kudakajima Yohaisho. From here, you can see Kudaka Island. Kudaka Island has been cherished as a special island since the days of the Ryukyu Kingdom.

The entire island is the highest sacred place in Okinawa. The light is also divine. This is Mimonguchi. This is the entrance to the approach to Sefa Utaki. The path is a stone-paved approach. We recommend that you come wearing sports shoes. You can also rent footwear for free at the Midori-no-Yakata at the entrance.

We will now go around the six Ibi (sacred areas). The Ryukyu King visited these six places. They prayed to God for national prosperity and peace, abundant crops, and safe navigation. The first Ibi (sacred area) came into view. This is Ufugui. It has the meaning of a large hall or the first seat.

You can see a square stone. That is a stand where you place incense sticks to pray to the gods. It’s a very mysterious place and it feels like it cleanses your soul. Head to the next Ibi (sacred area). There are various plants that are typical of Okinawa growing around here.

It feels like it collects negative ions all at once. This area is also mysterious. Almost there. It feels like God dwells around here too. This is Yuinchi. Yuinchi means “kitchen” in the royal language. It was given to the Ryukyu Kingdom, which flourished through trade at the time.

It is said to be a place where many trade goods were gathered. There were also many incense burners placed here. Finally, we will head to the most famous Ibi (sacred area). Arrived. There are two pots placed over there. It is placed to catch the “holy water” that drips from the limestone cave.

Are those two stalactites? And then there’s Sangui. Sankuri is a place where gigantic rocks form a triangular shape. This is because the rock on the left and the rock on the right balance each other. It is said to be a stable place. Access to Sankori is currently restricted.

I hope the time will come when I can put it in again. Let’s go back soon. It is surrounded by a sacred and solemn atmosphere. It takes about 30 to 40 minutes to walk around Sefa Utaki. In a very nice place. I had an experience that cleansed both my mind and body.

There were various restaurants on the way back to the parking lot. I returned to Ganju Station/Nanjo. This is a roadside station. There are souvenir shops and cafes where you can buy souvenirs. You can see the ocean from the back, so let’s go there. That is! .

The view looks even better when you climb up. Whoa. The view from here is spectacular! . Is it more transparent in the summer? There are also famous scenic spots nearby, so let’s go there. The wind is strong in winter. The place we are going to is Cape Chinen Park.

It takes about 1 minute by car from here to Cape Chinen Park. Almost there. arrival. Parking is free. let’s go. Whoa. A magnificent panorama! . It seems like there are more scenic spots. The most spectacular view! . The contrast between the cape, the sea and the sky is amazing! .

When I looked at it through a telephoto lens, I could see hearts everywhere. This was the perfect location to see the spectacular views. It is a scenery that you can see forever. The next time I go is when I’m researching. This is a cafe that I instinctively wanted to go to.

At a very nice cafe. I wanted to take pictures in general. This is a cafe where we received permission to take photos. The name of the cafe is Hamabe no Chaya. It takes about 13 minutes by car from here to the teahouse on the beach.

It feels good to drive on the road by the sea (^^). Hyakuna Garan came into view. “100 Japanese hotels and inns selected by professionals”. This is a famous hotel that has been selected as an award winner. There is a parking lot on the right. Let’s go.

There is also a sister store on the other side. I’ll go have lunch later. There are also terrace seats along the road. There is also a second parking lot. It’s around here now. There is a second car park 150 meters away. I arrived at the entrance.

Hamabe no Chaya 2-1 Tamaki, Tamaki, Nanjo City Business hours: Monday to Thursday, 10:00 to 18:00 (LO 17:00) *Morning time, reservations required 8:00 to 10:00, until 18:00 the previous day If you do not have a reservation, we will open as usual at 10:00.Friday – Sunday and holidays 8:00 – 18:00 (LO 17:00) Please check the website for regular holidays.

Let’s go into the store. good atmosphere ). Oh! . A cute cat! . He seems to be sleeping comfortably (^^). It has the feel of a secret cafe (^^). The sea is right there! . It’s a very nice location. There are terrace seats over there. It feels good (^^).

It looks like it would be nice to enjoy a cafe here. The wind feels good too. Let’s go to the coast. Amazing transparency. The sea view from here is also the best (^^). A canoe floating on the sea also becomes a picture. You can also see the cafe from here. Stylish! .

It was a place where I wanted to stay with Bo while listening to the sound of the waves. I’m about to head to the cafe ^_^;. The inside of the shop is decorated with the warmth of wood. Time also feels slow. The special seat by the window was just vacant (^^).

A scenery like a painting. It’s like a scene from a movie. The sound of the waves is soothing. I want to be so dazed that my brain cells are gone (^^). It’s a location you’ll want to brag about to someone. I was told this by the store staff.

The sea in front of you seems to look different depending on the time of day. At low tide, the proportion of sandy beaches increases. It seems that the beach will recede considerably. As for the menu. Croque monsieur and toast type. There are also sweets such as chiffon and cheesecake.

Coffee and Ryukyu black tea made with hand drip. And a daily limited plate. There were also cold drinks such as passion fruit juice. The menu is published on the homepage. Please refer if you are interested. Coffee 660 yen Brown sugar and cinnamon chiffon cake 550 yen. The sunflower cup and saucer is lovely.

The chiffon cake uses brown sugar from Okinawa. This mug also has a lovely Okinawan design (¨̮). Cafe time while looking at this scenery is the best (^^). This cup is made from Tamaki ware. It’s hand dripped, so it’s delicious without any unpleasant tastes (^^). Chiffon cake is fluffy.

When you eat it, you can feel the soft sweetness of brown sugar. Add the fresh cream that comes with it. It will have a more gentle taste. Delicious (^^). The most luxurious time. At the cafe you imagined. It was a cafe where you could feel Okinawa in a slow pace.

I will come again when I want to relax and not worry about the passage of time. I was awake (^^). That… I’m gone (><). I was feeling the aftertaste of how wonderful it was. I'm going for lunch. The name of the next shop is Yamano Chaya Rakusui. The Ryukyu limestone stairs are also nice. Various flowers are blooming along the way. The view from here was also wonderful. As for the location of the shop. It is about a 3-minute walk from the teahouse on the beach. I don't know the name of the flower. Very beautiful flowers were blooming. I can see it now. Yama Chaya Rakusui Approximately 15 minutes walk from Arashiyama Station on the Hankyu Arashiyama Line Business hours 11:00-16:00 (LO 15:00) *Closed on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and irregular holidays. Business hours may change. It feels like you're going into the mountains here. Reservations are required before visiting this restaurant. A cane was provided. Is it a difficult journey to the store? . Along the way, I admired the flowers blooming. I was able to enjoy heading to the store (^^). big! . Almost there ). let's go! . As soon as you enter the store, you will see exposed rocks! . The interior is really cool (^^). There were seats inside the restaurant where you could eat while looking out at the sea. There is also terrace seating. We will have lunch here today. Great atmosphere! . It's a terrace seat in the mountains (^^). There are an overwhelming number of plants around. You can enjoy your meal while feeling it with all five senses. When I sat down, I could see the ocean through the trees. The chirping of birds also adds to the great location (^^). As for the menu. A set meal that includes a variety of Okinawan dishes. There is a dish that is packed with sea grapes. Today I came to eat this basil cold noodles. And there are many different types of pizza. There is also a dedicated pizza oven, making it very authentic. There are also small dishes that can be eaten in small bowls. Orion beer is also available for drinks. There is also a set discount for drinks, which is 100 yen off. A detailed menu is posted on the homepage. The wind that blows feels more comfortable than time. Basil cold noodles 1575 yen. There are a lot of sea grapes on it (^^). I used sesame dressing. There's also tomato dressing. Let's start with sea grapes. delicious! . It has a nice bubble wrap feeling. There are lots of fresh vegetables and fruits inside. And there are noodles at the bottom. The noodles are mixed with basil. Strong basil flavor. The noodles are smooth and easy to eat. It contains a lot of ingredients that are good for the body (^^). It was a valuable experience because it's not often you can have a meal surrounded by nature (^^). It was a great lunch as we were surrounded by nature and could see the ocean (^^). It was a shop with a space that looked like a scene from a movie. I would like to try pizza next time (^^). There is a Sachibaru garden in the back, so let's go there. This whole area has become like a amusement park. A tunnel of flowers! . This road also has an ``Okinawa'' atmosphere. It's perfect for a walk (^^). You can also go to the observation deck from here, so let's go there. I might need a cane. I guess this area is Sachibaru's garden. Let's move on. A very large Kajumaru tree. It is said to be 200 years old. The terrace where you can see the sea looks like it's still up there. These stairs were built by our predecessors during the Ryukyu Dynasty. It seems to be an old pile of stones from a terraced field. arrival. We have arrived at the observation terrace! . Because it's on a hill, you can see far away. You can also see the Peace Memorial Hall in the distance. And there are old folk houses. It's an event space. The view from here is also outstanding. It was worth all the sweat and climbing (^^). Go back to the bottom. If you want to climb up to the observation deck. It would probably be better to have a cane. That is! . Is this a rock? . Coral? . I feel a lot of vitality. Nanjo City has so many wonderful places. I would like to report again (^^). Return to the car. From now on, I will head to the hotel where I will be staying for the day. It takes about an hour by car from the cafe mentioned earlier. We'll be arriving at the hotel soon. The hotel came into view. arrival. It's a very big hotel. January is the off-season for hotels in Okinawa. I booked a room with lounge access for a low price. The inside of the hotel has a resort feel like this (^^). It looks like you can use the lounge from 16:00 today. I came to the restaurant on the first floor for an afternoon. Since it was the off-season, there seemed to be some construction going on inside the hotel. As a result, you can only enter the lounge from 16:00. I hear that the lounge at ANA Manza is amazing, so I'm looking forward to it (^^). Let's take a little walk outside. It looks like you can go to the coast from here. It's nice to be able to go to the sea right from the hotel (^^). I'm about to head to my room. Oh! . The view from the room was also wonderful. The sunset was also absolutely beautiful! . The lounge is the best. I also had champagne for the first time in a while! . That's all for today's VLOG video. Thank you for watching this far. See you again in the next video.
