■ナムルの味付け■
砂糖 1スプーン
塩 少々
醤油/つゆ 1スプーン
お酢 たっぷり2,3スプーン
にんにく お好みで
唐辛子 1スプーン
※日本の一味なら半スプーンがいいかも
いりごま お好みで
ごま油 さっと一周
ワケギ/ネギ お好みで

《茄子ナムル(ガジナムル)》
茄子 好きなだけ、動画では3本使用
※アク抜きはやってもいいし、やらなくてもいいです
1.縦に4等分に切る
2.加熱する。動画では蒸し器で3分。
 レンジ調理や炒めでもOKです。
3.冷ましてからさらに細かく切る。
4.あとは上記味付けをする。

《豆もやしナムル》
豆もやし 市販の一袋
※豆付きじゃなくてもOK
1.沸騰したお湯で2分ほど茹でる
2.水切りして冷ます
3.あとは上記味付けをする。

その他千切り大根やきゅうりの輪切りなどを和えてもアリ!
