Incredible JAMES BOND ISLAND Boat Tour (Things To Do In Phuket) 🇹🇭

James Bond island is one of the most popular  tourist spots in the whole of Thailand but is   it a must visit I find out today as I take a boat  tour through the incredible Phang Nga Bay let’s do

It right I think this is our driver s  cab personal little boat just me what   is your name his name I’m Joe cop  C nice to meet you okay let’s get on all right we’re in all to ourself thank  you thank you copc con cab here we go we’re  

Off all right guys whilst we’re on our way to  jemes bond Island through the stunning panga   Bay let me tell you a few other details so  you can book this trip too I found this tour   online it’s a tour organized by a very very  friendly lady called Hannah and don’t worry  

I’ll leave a link in the description so you  can book the exact same tour I contacted her   online and organized to meet her at the pier it  was all super super easy you can actually take  

The tour to James Bond Island from puket but I  chose to ride here so I could see samit nangi   too and it is worth doing that the price of the  boat was 2,000 Baht and that can be for four to  

Five people so the more you have obviously the  cheaper it is but as you guys know I’m alone so   it is a private tour for me have two Tri options  which both include James Bond Island and I chose  

T b anyway we’re nearly at the first stop James  Bond Island I think we’re arriving at our first   stop or as it’s more famously known James Bond  Island and this isn’t actually the famous part   of it but it’s pretty impressive I must say  huge cast Limestone Mountain and as he Ms up  

I’m wondering what’s going to happen because I  stupidly didn’t wear flip flops today I’ve got   my shoes on so let’s see how this happens  it looks like there’s steps might be all right try all right welcome first stop and  this is where we have to pay an extra 300  

Baht for the luxury of visiting a national park  but if you’re tie lucky lucky you only get to   pay 60 baht this island is famous because it  appeared in a James Bond film The Man with a  

Golden gun in the’ 70s and a famous rock called  was made famous by a scene in that movie so now   obviously it’s a popular tourist attraction and  that’s why we’re here that’s why it’s the first stop yeah we definitely didn’t  avoid the tourists but that’s  

Part of it here it is Kor Tapo look  at that perfectly framed within the trees there it is James Bond Island and to be  honest I don’t really know what to think of it   I mean it’s no more and no less stunning than  any other of the cliffs and rocks and mountains  

In this incredible pangar Bay but I get it it’s  famous it’s uh it’s in a movie that’s why people   want to see it why people want to come but is  it worth 300 B to come and see to get off the  

Boat if you don’t get off the boat you don’t  pay 300 Baht I guess you could like this boat   is more out opposite it so to be honest it’s not  about the money I’m just it’s about looking at  

It and pure beauty and it is unique because it’s  eroded away at the bottom it looks like a bit of   a chicken leg or a chicken wing as it is fatter at  the top and narrows at the bottom as the water has  

Eroded it and I guess the water will continue  to erode it so how long it has left who knows   and then what will this island do but there is  no doubt and there is no denying that the area   Pang Bay even just coming here is absolutely  breathtaking like jaw dropping spectacular and  

Already I think the tour is worth it just for  seeing this unique landscape but of course as   you’d expect it is a massive Instagram and selfie  spot you have people taking photos in front of   the rock people in the water taking photos in  front of the rock doing the gun sign the James  

B gun sign so look if you’re talking about  having fun and enjoying yourself it’s worth it so I’ve just walked around the corner to  see what else there was and I found this it’s   called cow ping can and for me personally it’s  even more impressive than the James Bond Island  

Rock it’s where a huge slice of rock has slipped  down the cliff and rested in a leaning position   and and it just looks amazing it has a sheer  flat side obviously the more Jagged side on   the other side but it’s cre this like this  cave and different colors it’s like stripe  

Red white and black which is quite cool but  for me this is more impressive and no one’s   really interested in it no interested in James  Bond Island which is fair enough well I think  

Overall I enjoyed that a lot more than I did when  I first got here and I first saw the rock there   a little bit more to Island and overall it’s  a nice stop but it is busy anyway the eagle  

Eyed amongst you might notice I look a little  different so let’s come clean literally almost   clean shaven my Razor broke and I bought a new  one yesterday so I used it for the first time   this morning and normally when I trim my beard  I trim it on setting number three but I didn’t  

Really think it’s a different brand so I put it  on number three and went and I was like oh that   is almost took everything off but when you do  that you have to do the whole thing so yeah  

I’m back to like baby stubble now like two days  after shaving which looks terrible so yeah if I   look slightly different that’s why but I’ll grow  it back unless you prefer it like this oh man I  

Can believe it this morning but it it won’t  take long just a few days and it’ll be back   anyway I thought I thought I’d tell you guys  that anyway right now it really is back to the

[Music] boat okay guys our next stop is Hong  Island and this is where we get to get off and   go on a canoe okay just got off the boat onto  this little raft I guess and I thought I was  

Going to be caring on my own but actually I’m  going to have a tour guide who is going to be   caring for me so I get to relax make the video  for you guys guys and enjoy the views and my  

Tour guide is going to be sky here soap sky so  he is going to have the pleasure of escorting   us around Hong Island so let’s go this man has  the pleasure of trying to make sure I don’t fall

YouTube so now you can tell me about Hong Island  this is H Island both Hong island or just this   one Hong Island and this one and this one is  not is not Hong this is not okay so this one  

Is called Hong Island and this one is called not  Hong Island yeah very very beautiful really tall   dramatic Cliffs with the vegetation on it but what  I love the thing I love most is the underneath   where the cliffs have eroded and you get these  little caves these Nooks these crannies and what  

Better way to experience it and to see it than  being ridden around on a little canoe cannot get better okay I thought I was going to get a free  nice and easy ride but it didn’t take long for  

Him to give me the yours so now I’m the tour guide  and they’re going to be giving me the money 300 bar it’s always better when you have to work  for it yourself isn’t it oh but it is so beautiful especially in this late afternoon  always the best time of day to come

Out it’s good ah we’re going to go in a cave  yeah this one here yeah excellent any bats no   okay have nothing nothing yeah don’t need to  be scared then actually I don’t mind bats they   just smell wow look at the colors here black red  white sandy color these cast Limestone Cliffs are

Incredible this one we call it James B Rock  number two James B ah did they film here as   well yeah okay so this is Jame James Bond  Rock number two doing all right yeah sa

M right in we go to the cave it’s going to  get a bit dark and the GoPro is not good in   low light but what I am coming woo echo echo  what is this cave called This is a dark cave  

Dark cave yeah d o d o dog ah dog cave yeah and  as we come out I think going to get a nice view   he’s living the life here he’s meant to be  working look at that for a view what a view  

Look at the look at the dog on the top you see  that have a little rock look like a dog I don’t   see it yes the there’s a tiny little rock up  here which looks like a dog there you go so  

It is worth having some people here to tell  you that’s pretty cool and that is why it’s   called Dog cave beautiful it is so peaceful we’re  out of the wind the water is flat calm and it is  

Well other than him oring if that’s even a verb  paddling in the water so peaceful look at this uhoh that is spectacular we had dog Rock we now  have chicken Rock what do you reckon looks like a

Chicken I think you can see oh yeah they have have  a different color TR oh yeah yeah yeah see little   coral one one and red one but you can also see  this white line you can see where the tide comes  

To this is the tide line so right now the tide  is lower and it comes all the way up here and you   telling me the tide difference between high tide  and low tide is 4 M it’s quite a big tide you can  

See can see where it comes to on here you have  little cave system running all the way along it [Music] oh 0:11:58.960,1193:02:47.295 [Applause] wow that is special and we’re very very lucky to be able  to come in here guys because obviously it’s  

Tidal if the water is too high you can’t  come in you can’t get through the cave and   sometimes well not sometimes but when it’s  low tide there is no water at all so only  

Twice a day can you come in here and right now  is one of those lucky times and this might be   might be we haven’t finished the tour yet  but this might be the coolest part of the tour

Just telling me this is a special place because  the sky where the leaves are looks like a heart   and it does cannot deny that you cut them  like this no yeah of course you do look at  

That face we can’t do that we can’t everything  what do you reckon guys do you reckon they cut   them to look like that there is no way those  everything in this island is Nal stay growing  

Like that I’m calling it now Hong Island might  be the best part of the tour and Hong Island   isn’t included in trip a so if you’re deciding  between trip a and trip B I think trip B should   be the winner because the other one takes  you to the floating village which is cool  

But come on you cannot beat this beauty all  right we’re going to try try and go through   this one have to lie down what about you can  we do it he is professional he is professional  

Oh my God he’s very close yeah is close oh we  made it we made it he me what an attractive view what a little boat ride and I must  admit I was think thinking why can’t I  

Do this Tour on my own but you can’t  it is worth having a guide to go into   these little cool hidden places around  Hong Island and if you can’t have one   guide take two all right try and get off  with a bit of Grace whoa we did it we did

It bye-bye cap he just straight off again  great little tour love it loved it loved it   loved it thank you C thank you c copcn c I can  say that word I was thinking bye-bye C right  

Back on dry land and as you can tell I really  enjoyed that toour you can actually stop and   swim here but like a muppet I didn’t bring my  swimming trunks and I’m not going to go in in  

My underwear not very classy is it but but yeah  really enjoyed that little kayak tour it is 400   b not 300 B like I initially thought but I  think it’s worth it and it is worth having  

A guide to tell you a little bit about the  island and the and the caves and the little   inlets and that in that inner Lagoon was so cool  so beautiful anyway I’m not sure what’s left on  

This tour I think there might be one more spot  let’s go find out bye-bye C okay byebye byebye We’re just arriving at our final spot  which is a cave and you can see the   steps up so I’m going to have to climb  off onto a wooden ladder and up into the

Cave [Music] okay we’re on just m the boat up to  the side here let’s go up and have a look in this   cave oh wow I’ve not seen structures like that  before it’s like basins almost like the basins  

Used when a baby is baptized and it’s stepped  up to side against these huge stall tights we   are actually the only ones here just got a  giving us a little torch as we can come in   because it’s a little dark wow the color of  this rock here white green red just look at  

The folds and the shapes and here they do look  like figures we can go up the wooden ladder so   let’s go up famous famous last words w we  made it that was actually more sketchy than  

I thought almost slipped at one point which is  why you saw the camera on the floor anyway it   looks like a waterfall of stall ties flowing  down through the cave I mean it is amazing   it’s like Big Basins almost like birds nest  you know you see some birds that make their  

Nests on the side of a house and they have this  like muddy structure it’s a little bit like that   I mean to be honest not sure if I should  be climbing these but he told me to come  

Up and it’s uh it’s too late now and it’s quite  cool to explore I must say but I’m not sure how   I’m going to get down without breaking my leg  we’ll find a way we’ll find a way all right we  

Found the bats could smell them before before I  found them all right guys back down and back out   safely that was quite a cool cave I mean some  caves are a bit Bland but that one definitely  

Had a lot going for it and as I said totally  empty only person here must be off the beaten   path cave which is a cool thing about this tour  that is all of the stops on the tour completed
