3歳の息子がなまはげ体験したら大絶叫&大号泣【秋田旅vlog】
Morioka Hachimangu Shrine My name is Ryocha, 3 years old boy. A family of three with my mom and dad. We travel around Japan in a campervan. This time we travel from Iwate to Akita prefecture! First we visit a famous shrine in Morioka. We are going to various places again, so please follow me!
We went through the circle of buds to pray for good health. I found an interesting thing: catching a sea bream and drawing a fortune. Since I’m here, I’ll give it a try! A little difficult for my 3 year old… Oh my gosh! I was able to catch it well!
The result is good! So-so good. Goshogake Onsen We have come to a hot spring surrounded by nature, located 1000m above sea level in Hachimantai. A short walk before the hot springs. A little touch of the flowing hot springs. ”Hot.” The mud onsen is bubbling and the steam is amazing. Mountain Honey Shop
I had a delicious honey soft serve ice cream here. The bus next to the store was free to come and go. I fell but I don’t have time to cry because I’m crazy about the bus. “The red bus is cool.” Tatsuko statue I came to the deepest lake in Japan, Lake Tazawa.
Statue of legendary girl who incarnated as dragon, wishing for eternal beauty. Restaurant Sakura-no-sato This restaurant is famous for oyakodon. This Hinai Jidori chicken oyakodon is really delicious. “Looks delicious.” I enjoyed it too. Inaniwa udon was also very tasty. Namahage-kan The main spot of this trip! We are now at the Namahage-kan.
I turn back at the unusual atmosphere. “Let’s go that way.” I heard a frightening sound. “Scary.” I was asked to take a picture with a namahage, but I don’t want to stand next to it. It’s dark and I’m getting extra scared. “Back.” “Sit down!” Screen shows Namahage custom on Oga’s New Year’s Eve.
“Scary!” I’m scared but I laughed. Over 150 various Nanamahage masks actually used in various places in Oga City. The overwhelming power scares me. “Papa Namahage Scary.” “Ryocha namahage want.” Finally, it’s time for the Namahage experience. We move on to the next building, the Oga Mayama Folklore Museum.
The atmosphere here is already scary and I don’t want to go in. ‘Do you want to go this way?’ Finally, the Namahage experience begins! “Daddy hugs!” Daddy, sit in the chair!” “Ryocha, I’m coming!”
The Namahage event is a traditional event held every year on New Year’s Eve in almost all areas of the Oga Peninsula, It is believed to be a visiting deity who goes around to each house to give warnings for evil, to exorcise bad luck, and to bring good harvest, good catches, and good fortune.
“No crying children!” It’s so scary, it’s a big scream. Uncle next door, “It’s okay, it’s okay.” In the houses that welcome Namahage, people prepare food and sake in accordance with traditional manners and treat them politely. I am crying out in fear. This is called “Namahage ledger,
Which children cry or do not listen to their parents, Which villagers are neglecting their work, etc. are recorded. Staff member: “They’re taking me to the mountains!” “Thanks bye!!!!” Staffer: “It’s not bye-bye yet!” Staffer: ” bye-bye .” Sorry for the noise. Thank you very much for your warm welcome.
Staff member: “Namahage make loud voices and noises, The search around the house is, It is said to drive away the evil spirits of the house.” Staff member: “When Namahage returns to the mountains, And we will welcome the new year.”
It is said that if you wrap the straw that Namahage dropped on your head, you will become wise. It is a good luck charm to keep in your bag or purse. Since it is a folkloric event, Namahage events are not easily seen except by locals.
The Oga Mayama Folklore Museum is the only place where you can experience this event. It was a scary experience for me, It was a good memory for me to experience this precious experience with my family. I am sorry for causing you a lot of trouble by crying a lot. Thank you very much.
