[ 島根鳥取 休日旅行Vlog ] 出雲大社、鳥取砂丘、グラントワ、内藤廣展と建築巡り旅 ( Japan Trip Vlog / Day trip to Shimane and Tottori )

We rent a car and head for Izumo Taisha shrine We park our car near Izumo-taisha shrine We arrive at Izumo-taisha shrine We pass through the iron torii gate We walk downhill on the approach Next we see an steel torii gate The approach here is surrounded by pine trees

Izumo-taisha shrine has many statues of rabbits Various poses We go further in We cleanse our hands with water We pass through a copper torii gate We pay our respects in the hall of worship The way we pray here is two bow, four claps, one bow

Go around to the rear of the hall of worship and you will find a gate In front of the gate are also the remains of the pillars of the ancient Imperial Palace. Big! From outside the walls we can see the buildings, including the main hall We got a red seal after our visit

We also drew omikuji Then we see the kaguraden The oshimenawa is about 13 meters long and weighs 5.2 tons There are pigeons There are bronze statues of a horse and a cow near the copper torii gate

We walk around the building On the outer wall of the leftmost box is the world’s largest camera lens window There is also a water basin with a fountain We head to the entrance to go inside We go inside This building displays the works of Shoji Ueda

Window where Mt. Daisen appears to be wearing a hat You can do this kind of thing There are many windows in the museum that cut through the landscape The bridge on the third floor gives an up-close view of the fountain We move on We had Tottori’s famous beef bone ramen for dinner.

Fried rice and dumplings are delicious! We came to a nearby Starbucks after dinner as well We stayed at a super hotel Breakfast is a buffet Local menu available We check out and move on We come to the Tottori Sand Dunes We walk towards the sea We climb up a big hill

We arrive at the top Nice view Windy day We see the one we came from We return We are hot and tired, we take a break We’re at the Tottori Takahama Cafe It’s a building designed by Kengo Kuma Menu Bread also sold We decide to eat at this table on the second floor

This is a Tottori Sand Dunes view We were able to cool off The third floor is an outdoor terrace We could relax We go for lunch We came to a nearby restaurant for a Tottori dish of Horumon Yakisoba It was delicious! We move on We’re at the Nagi Museum of Contemporary Art

The cylindrical exhibition hall is eye-catching Building designed by Arata Isozaki.
