【韓国旅行】入国からソウル市内移動まで詳しく解説｜AirPremiaレビュー
Hello~ It’s Miyu ☺ Today I’m going to Seoul, South Korea! I’m currently at Narita Airport. The airline I’ll use this time is AirPremia. It’s an airline between low-cost airlines and full-service airlines. Check-in baggage is free, and snacks and drinks are served on the flight to South Korea.
In this video, I’ll explain (1) a review of Air Premier, (2) how to enter South Korea, and (3) how to get to Seoul from Incheon International Airport. I’ll check in at the check-in counter behind me. I checked in ☺ The check-in counter opens 3 hours before departure.
I arrived just as the counter opened, and it was a bit crowded, so it took about 15 minutes. It’s been about 30 minutes since check-in started, and the counter is now empty, so it seems like you don’t have to arrive 3 hours before departure. AirPrimia allows you to check in online,
But perhaps because I bought it from somewhere other than the AirPrimia website, I checked in online but didn’t receive my ticket. I ended up coming to the counter. However, since I came to the counter to leave my luggage for free, personally, I don’t really care.
The following information was confirmed at check-in: (1) Passport & flight ticket reservation number, (2) Date of return from Korea. I had my carry-on luggage tagged and received a boarding pass. I’ll pass through the security checkpoint and board the plane! I arrived in Seoul, South Korea 😆
As soon as I got off the plane, there was immigration, and now I’ve already passed it! At the immigration, I handed over my passport and immigration card, had my fingerprints and photo taken, and the process ended without any conversation. The line at immigration was extremely long,
And as I had researched beforehand, I waited in line for about an hour. It took me an hour and 5-10 minutes. When I received my checked baggage, my baggage had already been taken off the conveyor belt,
And I showed the number affixed to the back of my boarding pass to the AirPremia staff who were waiting there, and left with my baggage. Air Premia is an airline with more extensive services than budget airlines, so I was looking forward to seeing what was going on inside the flight.
The in-flight meals are not meals, but light meals (cookies only), so if you want to eat during your travel time, bring your own food. A USB port was available from each seat to charge your device. There were movies, but they were in Korean.
If you want to watch Japanese or English videos, download the videos in advance. It’s only for 2 hours, so you may not need any videos. The weather was nice today, so I was looking out the window. I could see Japan’s mountains and coasts, and were so beautiful 🌟
It was fun to see where the plane was flying on the screen! If you sit by the window on the left, you might be able to see the coasts around Tottori and Shimane easily. I’m going to go out and head to Seoul city!
3 public transportation options can take you from Incheon to Seoul. ① Limousine bus (W18000): You can leave your luggage, and can go directly to various parts of Seoul. ②Railway (A’REX) Express costs W9,500 and you can probably buy it cheaply on the Internet.
The regular train I take takes 59 minutes, 16 minutes longer than the Express. For W4,250, you can get to Seoul the cheapest way. When you come to a foreign country, there are many things you need to do first at the airport. One is to get cash. I usually use a cashing service,
And this time in Korea, I tried it too but, 2 machines didn’t work, and I finally got cash at the 3rd one😅 Next is to get internet. You may buy a SIM card, or get a Wi-Fi router at the airport.
As soon as I entered the general area, there were many counters so you may find them easily. I’m using Rakuten’s overseas roaming this time. You can use up to 2GB per month in the same way as in Japan. Finally, I’m buying a T-money card, which I need to use public transportation in Seoul.
