I stayed in women-only area of a luxury capsule hotel in Fukuoka, Japan for the first time The name of the hotel is First Cabin Hakata

It’s like a first class room on an airplane, and I had a great experience different from a normal capsule hotel.

Thank you for watching 🙂

  1. It's safe for you to be walking around at night by yourself?? You sure wouldn't want to do that here in the states! 😯

  2. No tattoos allowed in the bathroom?
Then are they supposed to just not go without a bathing?

  4. Thanks for tour. Can you hear other people's television or does the sound only go through earphones?

  5. I do not think I would like to leave my room to use the toilet especially at night.

  6. I have a question, did you run the bath water or does everyone bathe in the same water? Just curious, as customs are different everywhere and the bath was only shown with water in it.

  8. Japanese hospitality is so different than in the United States. Even in a self service hotel I have the impression that the Japanese really care about the needs of the traveler. Everything is so clean and well organized. This video was great.

  9. So much respect for privacy of men and women. Wish the United States would go back to this.

  10. Can someone help me understand how the bath works…do you bath in it with soap or is it just for soaking? I’m only asking because it’s the side of a public pool. And do you bath with others in it? Forgive my ignorance. 🤭Thank you.

  11. These capsule hotels are amazing n the free food and all of the amenities that are available is great. But what I don't understand is why these places are segregated for male n female. But less than 30 dollars USA that's mind blowing.

  12. I have seen videos about the difficulty Japan is having with an aging population. It is hard for many Japanese over 65 because of high costs. This is an issue in my country, Canada, as well.

Do many Japanese people choose to live in Capsule Hotels and is it legal to do so. Some of the ones you have highlighted cost around 600 can dollars per month. That is extremely reasonable. I pay more than that for my 320 Sq ft apartment.

I would love to live in a capsule hotel, it has every comfort a person could need.

  13. It looks like another place. Here in the USA, if you get a room anywhere, you need to be able to lock it. It is a shame Japan doesn't think of people's safety when it comes to simple inns. Capsule hotels are wonderful from all the videos I've watched but I never understand how even the simple inns, they lock everything else yet where you sleep, you can't lock it. It doesn't matter if you are separated by gender, it's still a problem for me. Other than that I think they are great and very inexpensive. Nice video

  15. Very nice video 👍thank you for sharing. Definitely helpful for planning trips to such a wonderful and respectful place. I enjoy quiet solitude and desire to live in a place that could and would respect that as best as possible. Stay safe and well, thanks again 🤙❤️

  16. 1841 yen = under £12. That's considered expensive for an evening meal? Wow I don't have any worries visiting Japan, I thought food was more ££££

  17. What if you do have a tattoo and you coming as a tourist you want to stay there

  18. Omg!! That shower room is ULTRA LUXURY!!! I will leave a wet $20 just for the comfort ❤️

  19. Thanks for sharing. I just enjoy the tour. I just love how clean everything is there. 😮😊❤
