栃木県道19号藤原塩原線（とちぎけんどう19ごう ふじはらしおばらせん）は、栃木県日光市と那須塩原市を結ぶ県道（主要地方道）。
日光市の鬼怒川温泉郷と那須塩原市の塩原温泉郷を結ぶ道路。ほぼ全線（全長30.3 km）に渡って栃木県道路公社が管理する一般有料道路・日塩有料道路（もみじライン、龍王峡ライン）となっていたが、2020年12月11日に無料開放された[1]。沿線には多数の温泉やスキー場があるほか、別名「もみじライン」の名の通り沿線には多数のモミジが植えられており、関東有数の紅葉狩りの名所となっている。また、龍王峡ラインの区間は並行する国道121号の事実上のバイパスとしての機能を持つ。
もみじラインの料金徴収期間は、当初30年間であった[2]が、龍王峡ラインの追加により、徴収期間を延長し2020年12月までの48年2か月となる。龍王峡ラインの料金徴収期間は18年9な月となる。工事費はもみじラインが19億円、龍王峡ラインが32億円で、総工費51億円[3]。

A road connecting Kinugawa Onsen in Nikko City and Shiobara Onsen in Nasushiobara City. Almost the entire line (total length 30.3 km) was a general toll road / Nissio toll road (Momiji Line, Ryuokyo Line) managed by Tochigi Prefectural Road Public Corporation, but it was opened free of charge on December 11, 2020. 1]. There are many hot springs and ski resorts along the line, and as the name “Momiji Line” suggests, many maple trees are planted along the line, making it one of the best autumn leaves viewing spots in the Kanto region. In addition, the section of the Ryuokyo Line functions as a de facto bypass of the parallel National Route 121.
The toll collection period for the Momiji Line was initially 30 years [2], but with the addition of the Ryuokyo Line, the collection period will be extended to 48 years and 2 months until December 2020. The toll collection period for the Ryuokyo Line is 18 years and 9 months. The construction cost is 1.9 billion yen for the Momiji Line and 3.2 billion yen for the Ryuokyo Line, for a total construction cost of 5.1 billion yen[3].
