今回のバーチャルトリップは世界遺産に登録されている秋の白川郷散策です。
古き良き日本が残る貴重な場所です。
約100棟の藁葺き屋根合掌造りが残されており、
今でも生活されている人がいらっしゃいます。
伝統がしっかりと残されたまさに「日本の故郷」のような場所です。
1976年に重要伝統的建造物群保存地区
1995年には五箇山（富山県）と共に白川郷・五箇山の合掌造り集落として、ユネスコの世界遺産（文化遺産）に登録されました。
白川村は山々に囲まれた農山村。夏は涼しく過ごしやすい反面、冬は一面の雪に覆われます。
2月になると積雪が170センチ以上になることもあります。
白川郷の祖先の人々はこの気候をうまく利用して生活してきました。
四季を通じて日本の美しさを体験できます。
どの季節でも何度行っても美しい。
それが白川郷です。
This virtual trip is a walk around Shirakawa-go in autumn, which is registered as a World Heritage Site.
It is a precious place where good old Japan remains.
Approximately 100 thatched roof gassho-zukuri are left,
Some people are still living.
It is a place like “hometown of Japan” where tradition is firmly preserved.
Important Preservation District for Traditional Buildings in 1976
In 1995, along with Gokayama (Toyama Prefecture), it was registered as a UNESCO World Heritage Site (cultural heritage) as a gassho-zukuri village in Shirakawa-go and Gokayama.
Shirakawa Village is an agricultural mountain village surrounded by mountains. While it is cool and comfortable in the summer, it is covered with snow in the winter.
In February, the snowfall can reach 170 cm or more.
The people of Shirakawa-go’s ancestors have taken advantage of this climate to live.
You can experience the beauty of Japan throughout the four seasons.
It’s beautiful no matter how many times you go in any season.
That is Shirakawa-go.
