I love this channel. The only issue I have as an english speaking person is that sometimes you dont translate the small bits of conversation. I would like to know what he was saying to you when he closed the gate. That type of thing. Keep up the great videos.

素麺ツヤツヤ。天ぷらからりと揚がってる。「厚いのがええやろ」と、茄子を厚めに切ってるのがまた良いですね。
