岡山県は倉敷市にある「うどん天乃」。毎日、お昼時には行列ができる名店。だいたい定番は、男性だと２品注文する人が多いです。まず、ざるを食べる。たれは甘めですが、山葵と相まって喉越しの良いうどんがあっという間に完食。食べ終わる頃、２品目を注文します。僕が好きなのは、「肉玉うどん」。大をいつもペロリと（笑）絶妙なだしと塩味が牛肉の旨味と天かすの油と一体となってたまりません。七味を落として、卵は後半に黄身を破ります。もう最高です。岡山にお越しの際はぜひ！
This Udon restaurant is located in Kurashiki City, Okayama. “Udon Amano”. A famous shop where people are in a line every day at noon. In general, many men order 2 items. First, eat the Zaru Udon. The sauce is sweet, but coupled with the wasabi, and tastes great. Udon that goes over the throat smoothly is quickly eaten. When I finish eating it, I order the second one. My favorite is “Nikutama Udon”, beef, kamaboko, tenkasu, negi, and an egg. I always order a large one. Dashi and saltiness are so yummy with the umami of the beef and the oil of tenkasu. I usually break egg yolks in the second half, dropping the blend of seven spices called “Shichimi”. This is EPIC!!!!!!! If you come to Okayama, please drop by at Amamo Udon by all means!
