“I decided to tell this story because for as long as I can remember I’ve been obsessed with working. I’ve always been the one to grind it out, project after project, gig after gig, and then repeat the cycle.
On one hand, that obsession and drive has given me a very successful career, but on the other hand, it’s also sent me into some really deep creative depressions.
I made this piece to let everyone know that it’s okay to hit the breaks and find hobbies/activities that help you recharge. It’s okay to live in the moment and reap the benefits that we get from working so hard. See people you love. Explore new places. Breathe a little… It’s okay to Feel Something.
Experiencing life and enjoying it while we are here means so much to us yet, it’s usually one of the first things we lose sight of.”
