This unlikely meeting occurred during my birding workshop in the Rio Grande Valley, Texas. These two birds were squabbling over food on the ground. The opposing primary colors make for a very interesting color combination, especially with all the action taking place. Once again a zoom lens allowed precise framing without changing lenses.”
