Photo by @3scapephotos: “I love spending time in the tropics during the winter. This particular visit was to Grand Cayman, where the water is as blue and crystal clear as the sky. Much of the coastline consists of this craggy coral limestone, which makes for amazing photo opportunities.
I wanted to capture all of the Cayman Islands’ features in one photo – the amazing sunsets, the azure water, the clean sandy bottom, and the ancient stone. I exposed one frame at a faster shutter speed for the sky, and another much longer to smooth out the water, then combined the exposures in post. This turned out to be one of my favorite images from the Grand Cayman ever.” #ShotOnCanon
