I was able to freeze the action 1/1600th of a second F5.0 at 400 ISO. Shooting this fast also lets me bring the sky darker because the power output is strong. The size of the flash is great because it’s not too big. I used one flash on camera and another on tripod to my right. The recycle time is great and the rechargeable Li-ion batteries are amazing. These flashes are a perfect fit for my EOS R5.”
