Swipe to learn how @parker_burkett captured this photo “Getting the shot is half the fun! I achieved my final photo by photographing portrait, low, and slow. When photographing, always do your best to take multiple compositions, multiple shutter speeds and try something new! If you normally shoot with your tripod fully extended, try using only one leg length and get low to the ground. You can also use filters to slow your shutter speed down and test out different speeds. I shoot waterfalls at 1.3-1.6 seconds for silky smooth, detailed water. I shoot water moving through rocks at 1/3 or 1/4 of a second to show motion, with a little bit of silk. What are your favorite waterfall settings?”
