“I was at a cheetah sanctuary in South Africa – we were up on a hill for lunch when a cheetah with her 4 cubs approached us. While we respectfully stayed put – she, feeling no threat led her 4 kittens right by us. Good thing I was prepared with my always reliable workhorse EOS 7D Mark II with my favorite Canon lens, the EF 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6L IS II USM in hand. When she passed me, I slowly picked up my camera, opened it wide to 100mm and took the shot. She turned as if to say, ‘I see you, thanks for letting me through.’ What a breathtaking experience…thank you Canon for providing me the ability to create such images.” #MyCanonStory
